prints its arguments in large letters on the standard output.
The analog of Unix ``banner'' for Fidel script.

Draw character with corresponding alphabetic mapping.  The
character choice will depend on language settings.

Echoes help list to stderr and exits.

.B \-l LL(L)
Set starting language to that specified by LL or LLL where LL(L)
is an ISO-639 two or three letter identifier.  Supported languages
are: am(h), ge(z), la(t), & ti(g).  This option is most useful with
the -a option.

Map ASCII space, `` '',  to Ge'ez wordspace (:).

Use following character(s) (up to 2) for character pixels.
