8) Make sure Greek works, it's a prelude to multilingualism.

9) more foreground / background manipulations:

   \~i begin/end text inversion (background/foreground color toggle)
   \~bg_b begin/end FONTHEIGHT bandira, inversion would make text have
          bandira stripe (\~fg_b).

   -bg line_bandira (FONTHEIGHT bandira)  also \~bg_b
   -fg bandira (text color)               also \~fg_b

   \~bg_b and \~fg_b can not be used together.

10) -html and -html ignore,  just to retain in latin <...> and &...;  [done in .48b]

11) -stats print fidel occurance statistics file    [done in .48b]

12) \~B for text ``blink''

13) \~u is used for underline

14) implement gemination
